For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for opened or used products.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Products damaged due to improper handling or storage after delivery

  • Items purchased during special promotions, clearance sales, or discounts (unless damaged or incorrect)

  • Gift cards or complimentary items.

3. Return Request Process

To initiate a return request:

  2. Share clear images or videos showing the issue

  3. Provide your order number and registered contact details

Once approved, you will receive instructions for return shipping.

4. Refund Policy

  • Approved refunds will be processed after the returned product is received and inspected.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original mode of payment.

  • Processing time may take 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

5. Replacement Policy

Where applicable, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, based on product availability and customer preference.

6. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our support team.

  • Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible.

  • If a prepaid order is cancelled before dispatch, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
